It is Well (Genesis 49:29-50:26)
As Genesis draws to a close, "it is well with my soul" emerges not as a line for easy days but as a confession made in the ashes, at the graveside, in the middle of real weeping and real mourning. And what holds it up is the truth Joseph grasped long before his brothers did — that what man intended for harm, God intended for good.
